Attention coffee and whiskey lovers: are you ready to take your morning brew to the next level? Look no further than Irish coffee! This classic cocktail has been a go-to of ours for years, and for good reason. It's warm, it's boozy, and it's downright delicious.
The best part? Making this perfect pick-me-up is easier than you think...
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed Over Stoker coffee
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur
Optional:
- Whipped cream
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
- Start by brewing a fresh cup of your favorite coffee - obviously our very own Over Stoker.
- While the coffee is still hot, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and stir until it's fully dissolved.
- Pour 1 1/2 ounces of Irish whiskey and 1/2 ounce of Irish cream liqueur into the coffee and stir well.
- If you're feeling crazy, top the drink with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top.
